What happens when I reach the listener limit?
Each PlatiniumHost streaming plan has a maximum number of simultaneous listeners. When your radio reaches that limit, new listeners attempting to connect will receive a message of "server full" and will not be able to listen.
View Your Current Limit
- Log in to WHMSONIC
- On the main panel, you will see: Listeners: X / Y
- X = current listeners, Y = maximum limit
How to Request an Increase
Option 1 — Upgrade from the Client Area
- Go to my.platiniumhost.com
- Navigate to My Services → your Streaming plan
- Look for the "Upgrade/Downgrade" option
- Select the plan with more listeners
- Complete the payment for the difference
Option 2 — Request via Support
Open a support ticket indicating how many listeners you need. Our team will send you a quote and apply the change the same day.
📊 Available Plans: We offer plans from 50 to 10,000+ simultaneous listeners. For special events with audience peaks, we also offer temporary upgrades by hours or days.
