You agree to use all PlatiniumHost.com services and facilities at your own risk.
Customer agrees that it will defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless PlatiniumHost.com, Grupo Platinium, C. A.; from and against any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees claimed against PlatiniumHost.com, Grupo Platinium, C. A.; , its agents, its customers, officers and employees, which may arise or result from any services provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any products sold by the customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
PlatiniumHost.com, Grupo Platinium, C. A.; reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its clients.
PlatiniumHost.com, Grupo Platinium, C.A. reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by the customer that infringes or allegedly infringes the proprietary rights of a third party that infringes the copyright of any defective product sold to the customer from the PlatiniumHost.com server. PlatiniumHost.com will be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
PlatiniumHost.com, Grupo Platinium, C.A. accepts the use of our or external additional IPS to be added to the firewall or any other under the supervision of the same, that may entail cost when exceeding the amount of IPs per service.
PlatiniumHost.com, Grupo Platinium, C. A. In the event that the Client transfers the domain associated with this service to a different provider and/or modifies the DNS servers, it will be understood that the Client has requested the early termination of the contracted service. Consequently, the service provider will suspend the provision of the service 5 (five) business days following the verification of the DNS change. Customer acknowledges that, once the termination process has begun, Customer may not store new information on the Service, or modify the name of the website associated with the Service. The Client expressly agrees that no refund will be made for the remaining time of the contract in the event of early termination of the service for the aforementioned causes.
PlatiniumHost.com, Platinium Group, C.A. additional services such as RAM, CPU, IOPS, Email Liberation, IO, Processes, Inodes according to the service plan, may entail additional service costs.
We currently bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending on the plan. If you are not satisfied within the first 5 days, or 30 days depending on the service case, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund (For some special offers, the money-back guarantee day will vary; and the domain name registration fee is non-refundable).
We accept Paypal, Binance, Zelle, EL Dorado, Zinli, Banesco Panama, Banesco Venezuela, Mercantil Banco Venezuela.
Provisioning and Waiver for 'Non-Usage': The CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that the payment obligation and strict NO REFUND policy are irrevocably activated at the moment the service is provisioned and made available ('Active' status), regardless of whether the CLIENT actively uses the service or logs into it. PlatiniumHost incurs immediate and non-recoverable financial costs (software licenses, exclusive hardware allocation, network reservation) at the time of activation. Therefore, lack of use ('non-usage'), minimal use, or technical lack of knowledge do not constitute valid grounds for refund claims.
Custom Services and Personalized Configurations: It is expressly established that services contracted under 'Client Request' mode or with specific configurations are exempt from any type of refund. This includes, but is not limited to: Hardware Upgrades (additional RAM, disk space, CPU cores), Specific Network Services (Geolocation IPs, IPs requested at client's specific taste, or specific locations not matching the machine default), and Dedicated Infrastructure (Dedicated Servers, Custom VPS, Resellers, and Backup Servers). As these resources are provisioned specifically to meet CLIENT's unique requirements, they cannot be reassigned or returned, making their sale final upon contracting.
Contractual Cycle of Dedicated IPs: Dedicated IP addresses for Hosting services are contracted under a mandatory annual renewal and commitment model. The CLIENT accepts that this resource is not fractionable; once the IP is contracted, the service covers the full year and will not be subject to partial refunds, prorating, or early cancellation with reimbursement under any circumstances.
All services provided by Grupo Platinium C A - PlatiniumHost.com.com can only be used for lawful purposes.
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service may be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to determine.
Subscriber further acknowledges that the Company's liability for its own negligence may in no event exceed an amount equal to the charges payable by Subscriber for services during the period in which the damages occurred.
Illegality In any form, including, but not limited to, unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material.
Grupo Platinium C A - PlatiniumHost.com.com will not be liable for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, that may arise from Grupo Platinium C A - PlatiniumHost.com.com servers going offline or unavailable for any reason.
Platinium Group C A - PlatiniumHost.com.com is not responsible for system downtime, crashes or loss of data.
