Each Client = Their Own cPanel Account
On your reseller plan, each client has their own completely isolated cPanel account with their separate domain, emails, files, and databases. You control the resources you assign to them from WHM.
Create a New Account
- Log in to WHM
- In the left menu, search for "Account Functions → Create a New Account"
- Complete the client's details:
- Domain: The client's domain (e.g., clientexample.com)
- Username: cPanel username (max. 8 characters)
- Password: Password for the client's cPanel
- Email: Client's email (for notifications)
- Package: Select the appropriate hosting plan
- Click on "Create"
✅ Account created. Your client can now access their cPanel at
https://SERVER-IP:2083 or from their domain once DNS records are pointing.Manage Existing Accounts
- Suspend Account: Account Functions → Manage Account Suspension
- Change Password: Account Functions → Password Modification
- View Resource Usage: Account Information → View Bandwidth Usage
- Terminate Account: Account Functions → Terminate an Account
💡 Tip: If you use WHMCS, account creation can be fully automatic when the client makes their payment. Refer to Integrate WHMCS with WHM.
