How to Create Your First Corporate Email

What You Need Before Starting

  • Have an active Cloud Hosting plan with PlatiniumHost
  • A domain connected to your hosting
  • Access to your cPanel

Step 1: Access cPanel

Log in to your cPanel using the URL you received in the PlatiniumHost welcome email. It is usually: yourdomain.com:2083 or cpanel.yourdomain.com

Step 2: Go to the "Email" section

Once inside cPanel, find the Email section and click on Email Accounts.

Step 3: Create Your New Account

Click on the "Create" button and fill out the form:

  • Domain: select your domain from the dropdown menu
  • Username: type the part before the @. Example: info, sales, your-name
  • Password: use the password generator to create a strong password
  • Storage Quota: define how much space this mailbox will have (recommended: 1000 MB)
⚠️ Important: Save the password in a safe place. You will need it to configure email in Outlook, Gmail, or on your phone.

Step 4: Click "Create"

Your email account will be active immediately. You can now use it via Webmail or configure it in your favorite email client.

How to Access Your Email?

You have two options to read your emails:

  • Webmail: access from yourdomain.com/webmail directly in the browser
  • Email Client: configure Outlook, Gmail, or your phone using IMAP/SMTP data

Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port: 993 (SSL) Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port: 465 (SSL) Username: your_email@yourdomain.com Password: the one you defined when creating the account
