This guide will walk you step-by-step through the process so you can update your information without inconvenience.

A valid and updated payment method is crucial for the automatic renewal of your domains, hosting plans (including those using cPanel), SSL certificates, and other additional services. Avoid interruptions to your website and email by following these simple steps.

1. Access Your PlatiniumHost Client Area

The first step is to log in to your client control panel, where you manage all your services with us.

  1. Open your web browser and go to the URL: my.platiniumhost.com.
  2. Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields.
  3. Click the 'Log In' button. If you have trouble accessing, you can use the 'Forgot my password' option.

2. Navigate to the Billing and Payment Methods Section
