What is Webmail?
Webmail allows you to check, send, and organize your emails directly from any web browser, without needing to install Outlook or configure any application. It's ideal when you are on a different computer than your own.
How to Access
Option 1 — Direct URL
Type in your browser:
https://webmail.yourdomain.com
Or you can also use:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail
Option 2 — From cPanel
- Log in to cPanel
- Go to the "Email" section
- Click on "Email Accounts"
- Find your account and click on "Check Email"
Login
Enter your full email address as the username (e.g., info@yourcompany.com) and your password.
Available Webmail Clients
PlatiniumHost offers Roundcube as the primary webmail client — it's modern, fast, and easy to use. Horde is also available if you prefer it.
