Grupo Platinium, C.A. (PlatiniumHost) provides enterprise web hosting solutions to a global clientele. We are committed to protecting our users' integrity while delivering industry-leading digital services.

Indemnification & Liability

You agree to use all PlatiniumHost services, infrastructure, and facilities at your own risk.

The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grupo Platinium, C.A. and PlatiniumHost from and against any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims—including reasonable attorneys' fees—arising from any service provided, performed, or agreed to be performed, or any product sold by the Customer, its agents, or assigns.

PlatiniumHost reserves the right to intervene with any hosted site in the best interest of our network stability and client security.

PlatiniumHost shall be the sole arbiter of what constitutes a violation of these policies. Any material that infringes upon third-party proprietary rights or copyrights will result in immediate service intervention.

The use of additional internal or external IPs requires explicit supervision and may incur additional costs when exceeding the standard allocation per service plan.

Service Termination via DNS Modification: In the event the Client transfers the associated domain to a different provider or modifies DNS records, it shall be construed as a formal request for early termination. PlatiniumHost will suspend the service five (5) business days after verification of such changes. No refunds will be issued for the remaining contract term under these circumstances.

Resource Scaling: Additional resources (RAM, CPU, IOPS, Inodes, etc.) requested beyond the standard service plan will incur additional service costs.

Billing & Refund Policy

We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. Our satisfaction guarantee applies within the first 5 to 30 days depending on the specific service (domain registrations and special promotional offers are strictly non-refundable).

Accepted Payment Gateways: PayPal, Binance, Zelle, El Dorado, Zinli, and Wire Transfers (Banesco Panama, Banesco Venezuela, Mercantil Venezuela).

Provisioning, Custom Services & Refund Waiver

Waiver for 'Non-Usage': The payment obligation and strict NO REFUND policy are irrevocably activated once a service status is 'Active'. PlatiniumHost incurs immediate, non-recoverable costs (software licenses, hardware allocation, network reservation) upon provisioning. Lack of use, minimal usage, or technical unfamiliarity do not constitute valid grounds for refund claims.

Custom & Dedicated Infrastructure: Services provisioned under 'Client Request' or with specific custom configurations are exempt from refunds. This includes Hardware Upgrades (RAM, CPU, Storage), Specific Network Services (Geolocation IPs, Custom IP blocks), and Dedicated Infrastructure (Servers, Custom VPS, Reseller, and Backup environments). These sales are final.

Dedicated IP Commitment: Dedicated IP addresses are provisioned under a mandatory annual commitment model. This resource is non-fractionable; once provisioned, the service covers the full annual cycle and is not subject to partial refunds or prorating.

Acceptable Use & Late Payments

Services provided by Grupo Platinium, C.A. may only be used for lawful purposes. Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, harassment, fraud, or trafficking in obscene content will result in immediate termination.

The Subscriber acknowledges that service interruptions may occur for reasons other than company negligence. PlatiniumHost's liability for its own negligence shall not exceed the amount paid by the Subscriber for the services during the period in which damages occurred.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

PlatiniumHost shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from server downtime or service unavailability.

We are not responsible for system crashes or loss of data. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to maintain independent, off-site backups.
