An email like contact@yourcompany.com conveys professionalism and generates more trust than a Gmail or Hotmail account. With your PlatiniumHost hosting plan, you can create unlimited emails with your domain.
Step 1 — Enter Email Accounts in cPanel
- Access cPanel
- Find the "Email" section
- Click on "Email Accounts"
Step 2 — Create the account
- Click the "+ Create" button
- Type the email name. For example:
contact,sales,info - Select your domain from the dropdown menu
- Choose a strong password
- Define the disk space (recommended: 500 MB - 2 GB)
- Click "Create"

Option 1 — Webmail (from the browser)
Go to https://webmail.yourdomain.com and log in with your email and password. No configuration is needed.
Option 2 — Configure it in Outlook, Gmail, or on your phone
Use these details to connect your email to any email client:
