How to Change Your cPanel Password

Forgot your password or want to change it?

You can change your cPanel password in two ways: from the client area (if you cannot log in to cPanel) or from within cPanel (if you already have access).

Option 1 — From the Client Area (recommended if you don't have access)

1. Go to my.platiniumhost.com
2. Log in with your email and client area password
3. Go to My Services
4. Select your hosting plan
5. Look for the option "Change Password"
6. Enter the new password and confirm
7. Click on "Save"

Option 2 — From within cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel
2. Click on your username in the top right corner
3. Select "Change Password"
4. Enter your current password and the new password twice
5. Click on "Change Password"

I don't remember the client area email

If you also cannot access the client area, open a support ticket with your full name and account domain. Our team will verify your identity and help you regain access.
