What Happens After Payment?
Once your payment is made, PlatiniumHost processes your order automatically. In less than 5 minutes, you will receive a welcome email with all your account details.

Look for an email from noreply@platiniumhost.com with the subject "Your New Account Information". If you don't see it, check your Spam folder.

Step 1 — Access the Client Area
Go to my.platiniumhost.com and log in with the email and password you used when registering.
Step 2 — Verify Your Service is Active
In the main panel, you will see your service listed. The status should say Active. If it says Pending, wait a few more minutes.
Step 3 — Find Your cPanel Credentials
In the welcome email, you will find:
- cPanel access URL (e.g.:
server.platiniumhost.com:2083) - cPanel Username
- Temporary Password
- Nameservers to point your domain
Step 4 — Enter cPanel
Click the "Go to cPanel" button from the client area, or use the direct URL from the email.
✅ Ready! Your hosting is now active. The next step is to connect your domain and install WordPress.
