IPs on Your Dedicated Server

Your dedicated server comes with one or more IPs included, depending on your chosen plan. You can add additional IPs as needed — for example, to assign a dedicated IP to each website or client.

View Your Server's Current IPs

Connect via SSH and execute:

Or from WHM: WHM → IP Functions → Show IP Address Usage

Add an Additional IP in WHM

1. Log in to WHM (https://IP:2087)
2. Go to IP Functions → Add a New IP Address
3. Enter the new IP and subnet mask
4. Click "Submit"

Assign an IP to a cPanel Account

1. In WHM, go to Account Functions → Change Site's IP Address
2. Select the client's account
3. Select the new IP
4. Click "Change"

Request Additional IPs

If you need more IPs than those included in your plan, open a support ticket indicating how many you need and for what purpose. PlatiniumHost offers IP blocks of /29 (8 IPs), /28 (16 IPs), or up to /24 blocks (256 IPs).
