How to Access cPanel
What is cPanel?
cPanel es el panel de control of your hosting. From ahí puedes gestionar your website, create emails, install WordPress, administrar databases and mucho más, todo without necesitar conocimientos técnicos.
Ways de access a cPanel
Option 1 — From el área de clientes (recomendado)
- Ve a my.platiniumhost.com
- Inicia sesión with your email and password
- Click en "Mis Services"
- Select your plan de hosting
- Click in the botón "Ir a cPanel"
Option 2 — By URL directa
Escribe in your navegador:
https://tudomain.com:2083
O using la IP of your servidor:
https://IP-DE-TU-SERVIDOR:2083
Option 3 — By subdomain
https://cpanel.tudomain.com
⚠️ Important: El port 2083 debe estar enabled in your firewall. If your proveedor de internet bloquea este port, usa la Option 1 from el área de clientes.
No recuerdo mi password de cPanel
Puedes restablecerla easymente from el área de clientes en Mis Services → Change Password de cPanel. Also puedes queryr el artículo Change Your cPanel Password.
