Configure Corporate Email in Gmail

What is this for?

You can send and receive emails from youremail@yourdomain.com directly from your Gmail account, without leaving Google. Ideal if you already use Gmail as your primary email client.

Part 1 — Receiving emails (IMAP)

  1. In Gmail, open Settings (⚙️) → See all settings
  2. Go to the "Accounts and Import" tab
  3. Under "Check mail from other accounts" click on "Add a mail account"
  4. Enter your full corporate email and click "Next"
  5. Select "Import emails from my other account (POP3)"
  6. Complete the details:
    POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    Port: 995 | Mark SSL
  7. Check "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
  8. Click "Add Account"

Part 2 — Sending emails as your domain (SMTP)

  1. In the same tab, look for "Send mail as"
  2. Click on "Add another email address"
  3. Enter your name and corporate email
  4. Complete the SMTP details:
    SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    Port: 465 | SSL
    Your email username and password
  5. Gmail will send a verification code to your corporate email
  6. Check your webmail or Outlook, copy the code, and paste it into Gmail
✅ Configured! Now when you compose an email in Gmail, you can choose which address to send it from.
